The 10th Annual 2008 National Storm Chaser Convention is now being planned! I am happy to serve again this year as the web promoter for the convention.

We are still waiting on a few RSVPs from speakers, but as of now the outstanding lineup includes:

An awesome lineup of speaker yet again this year. I don't know how Roger and Tim do it.  This is the largest single gather of storm chasers ANYWHERE on the planet, and is the ONLY event geared solely for storm chasers! If you have never been before, you really should come and check it out.  Not only is there a TON to learn from the speakers, but it's a good chance to visit with other storm chasers you may only casually see passing each other on the plains.  If you have a serious interest in storm chasing, this is a great place to learn more and network with some chasers.

If your not familiar with the TIV, is is the Tornado Intercept Vehcile recently featured on the Discovery Channel Miniseries, Storm Chasers. Sean Casey will be giving us the world premier of it's successor!
