Dryline Media LLC refund policy for DavidDrummond.com

All physical items purchased for use by private individuals are eligible for a full refund upon return of the item to us with the following terms:

• Item must be in new condition.
• You must contact us prior to shipping a returned item.
• DVD/Bluray media must be unopened. Opened items of this type may only be returned for exchange if defective.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping. In the event of a refund, only the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Print photos must be received by us undamaged for refund...pack them carefully, preferably in the same packaging you received it.

For all items purchased by for commercial use, no refunds are available once a contract for licensing has been agreed upon by both parties.
